A new PopUp Bagels shop will start serving customers at 12817 N Dale Mabry Highway in Carrollwood this November. This marks their second spot in Tampa.

After launching at WestShore Plaza months ago, the bakery's quick success pushed them to branch out. The new site will keep their signature style: fresh, uncut bagels paired with tasty spreads.

At the WestShore Plaza shop on 4528 W Kennedy Blvd., doors open from 6:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. daily. Customers can try the bakery's special way of eating: what they call the Grip, Rip, and Dip method.

Adam Goldberg started the company in Westport, Connecticut. Since then, it's spread across the Northeast — with stores in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts — before heading south to Florida.

Simple but special describes their approach. Each bagel batch needs exact timing and temperature. The result? A perfect mix of crispy outside and fluffy inside.

Working with local food makers has helped create unique spread options. These mixes go way past plain cream cheese, giving customers new taste choices.

Unlike other shops, you won't find pre-made sandwiches here. They stick to hot, fresh bagels: ready to eat there or take away.

The exact date in November isn't set for the Carrollwood opening. Those interested should watch the company's social media posts for the big day announcement.
