Two new Sprouts Farmers Market shops will open in Tampa Bay on Nov. 14. The stores — one in St. Petersburg, one in Venice — will mark their start with a three-day party. Shoppers in the Skyway Marina District and near Jacaranda Boulevard will soon have fresh food choices close to home.

At 3411 32nd Place South, the St. Petersburg store will welcome its first guests. The Venice shop sits at 1120 Jacaranda Blvd. Both spots start their first morning with a 6:45 a.m. ribbon cut.

Early shoppers get special gifts. The first 200 people will take home a bag stuffed with free samples. Next, 400 lucky guests will pick up a free rose from Falcon Farms Floral. Short lines might form early.

From Nov. 14-16, both stores buzz with action. Guests can taste new foods, hunt for prizes, and join The Great Scale Showdown contest. Sample stations run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Kids might spot their next favorite snack.

Big savings wait for smart shoppers. New rewards members save 20% all weekend long. Later, spend $50 between Nov. 17-23 to earn $15 off your next trip from Nov. 25-30. Smart planning helps stretch food budgets.

Want a job? Stop by tomorrow, Sept. 30. The St. Petersburg fair runs at Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park. Venice folks should head to their Community Center. Both spots open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Miss the first day? Try Oct. 1, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Staff will check your skills right there. Just walk in: no need to call first. Bring your best smile.

Fresh food takes center stage in these bright, open stores. After the big weekend ends, doors open at 7 a.m. sharp each day. The produce section might catch your eye first.
