Predalina, situated on Water Street in Tampa, will temporarily shut down for improvements aimed at enhancing its nightlife. The restaurant, which started serving customers in July 2023, is celebrated for its seafood-focused Mediterranean offerings and style.
Blake Casper and Allison Casper Adams own Predalina. It belongs to Oxford Commons Hospitality Company. The design overhaul aims to transform the restaurant into a lively hub with a refreshed menu and increased nightlife allure.
Predalina covers a spacious 7,000-square-foot area, featuring a large dining area, an expansive bar, and a covered patio. The retail section sells home goods inspired by the Mediterranean.
Interestingly, not even a year after opening, Predalina secured a position on Yelp’s 2024 list of the South’s best new restaurants. It placed at number 16, highlighting its swift impact on Tampa’s dining landscape.
A specific schedule for Predalina's redesign hasn't been disclosed yet. The restaurant is located in Cora, a tower in the growing Water Street area.
Initially, Predalina blended Tampa’s fishing roots with Mediterranean cuisine, capturing both local traditions and a modern vision for Water Street.
