The Florida State Fair unveiled its 2026 menu. Eight new creations will tempt visitors when gates swing open next month, from a Grilled Campfire S'more Sandwich to something called the Dill Devil, plus a Reese's Pieces Donut Burger that defies description.

Sunshine Concessions crafted the Grilled Campfire S'more Sandwich. Picture grilled cheese but swap the usual suspects for Nutella, toasted marshmallows, and graham crackers.

What's a Dill Devil? Take one whole dill pickle, slice it down the middle, scoop out the center, then pack it with a cheese-based deviled filling and scatter red pepper flakes on top. The Pickle Jar dreamed up this one.

Pizza Emporium brings Birria Street Taco Pizza to the midway — homemade dough gets loaded with consommé, mozzarella, slow-cooked birria meat, onions, and cilantro. Each slice arrives with extra consommé on the side for dunking.

The Reese's Pieces Donut Burger towers with Angus beef, cheese, bacon, chocolate peanut butter, vanilla icing, and Reese's Pieces. All that sits between two Nutella donuts, courtesy of DeAnna's Donut Burger.

Chester's Gators & Taters took a Cuban sandwich, rolled it burrito-style with ham, pork, swiss cheese, mustard, and fried pickle chips, then dunked the whole thing in a deep fryer.

The Candi Queen offers Candy Grapes — green grapes dipped in candy glaze, rolled through crushed Jolly Rancher, Cotton Candy, or Sour Nerds, then frozen solid.

Wade Shows Funnel Cake presents Dubai Chocolate Funnel Cake. Milk chocolate and pistachio cream get drizzled over the top, then kataifi, pistachio butter, and crushed pistachios finish it off. Meanwhile, Goldenkdog serves up a Cinnamozza Korean Corn Dog: mozzarella rolled in butter, then coated with cinnamon sugar.

Gates open Feb. 5. The fair wraps up Feb. 16. Tickets and more details live on the fair's website.
