Water Street Tampa will host NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament games at Benchmark International Arena on March 20 and March 22. The opening weekend brings college hoops downtown.

Fans can snag tickets through Ticketmaster if they want seats inside. Yard House and 3 Corners Pizza sit near the arena, giving people places to catch games on screens. Sparkman Wharf has outdoor tables where you can grab food and drinks while the tournament runs, per That's So Tampa.

Glow Putt Putt comes back March 20 and 21, running 6-10 p.m. both nights. The lawn at Sparkman Wharf and Raybon Plaza turns into mini-golf courses lit up with neon and glowing obstacles. You'll pay $10 to play nine holes.

The book fair, Cover to Cover, happens on Wednesday, March 25, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. It's the second year for this book fair that fills Water Street with stands. Getting in won't cost you anything.

Author talks happen throughout the evening. Panels and readings fill the schedule, and writers will sign books. Bring old books to donate if you have them sitting around. Friends of the Library of Tampa-Hillsborough County, Inc. will receive whatever remains after the fair ends.

Taste of Water Street arrives April 16 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. More than 25 chefs and restaurants will set up tastings.

Each ticket runs $100 and gets you into all tastings. Part of what you pay helps Ronald McDonald House Tampa Bay. When you buy tickets, pick a 30-minute window for entry.

You must be 21 or older to attend.
