Saint Croix Plaza To Host Open House Featuring Five New Businesses

Saint Croix Plaza will hold an open house on April 12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Five new businesses will be celebrated at the South Tampa shopping center. Live music from Rockatar will fill the air. Lucky Goat Coffee will hand out samples. Tents and pop-ups from other tenants and nearby vendors will line the plaza.

The Bay Aesthetic has opened its doors. Med spa services like facials, laser treatments, and skincare await customers. Pet Wants has also joined the lineup, bringing premium pet food, treats, grooming services, and spa products for furry companions.

Blanca Bridal has opened as a destination for Tampa brides seeking their perfect dress. Fit as Fire Modern Pilates is under construction and will bring Pilates and fitness classes to the location soon. Lucky Goat Coffee, a Florida chain known for brewed coffee, espresso drinks, and lattes, is expected to open later this year.

According to That's So Tampa, the additions join existing tenants. Bar Ten & Cheese Please serves wine, cocktails, charcuterie, and cheese selections. Pinto offers Thai food, while Caffe Paradiso serves Italian recipes passed down through generations. Primp, China Wok, and Rockatar round out the mix with beauty services, takeout, and music lessons.

The shopping center has added refreshed landscaping and bike racks for cyclists. Executive office suites at the location have been renovated. They range from 100 to 230 square feet, with only a handful still available for lease.

Updates to the offices include new finishes. Shared amenities like a kitchen, conference room, and lobby provide workers space to collaborate and unwind. The April 12 open house will let visitors tour these spaces and see what's available.
